Q: How Long Does It Take to Set Up?
A:It is recommended that a minimum of 2 people participate in the assembly of this product. According to our customers’ experiences, 90min to 120min are reasonable, but sometimes it will spend more time than we suggested. If you are confused how to assemble it, please watch the ORCC trampoline assembly video or read your assembly instructions. You can also contact us without any hesitation.
Q: How Many Boxes Will I Receive when I Bought a Trampoline Combo?
A:You will receive 3 boxes for 15ft, 14ft and 12ft trampoline; 2 boxes for 10ft trampoline. They may not arrive at the same time, for every one of them has a tracking number and the UPS & FedEX would send them to you separately.
Q: Does ORCC Have Rectangle Trampolines?
A:We suggest that it would be better to take down the trampoline or the net when it won't use for a long time or in bad weather such like rainstorm, snowstorm or even worse. In this way, it can be better for prolonging the lifespan of the item.

Q: How Long is Shipping?
A:Generally it takes 3-5 business days to be delivered ( weekends and holidays are not included), but it depends on your shipping address.

A:We offer a free shipping for all orders within the continental USA. We don't ship to to Alaska & Hawaii.

Q: What is Your Return Policy?
A:We will accept merchandise purchased on www.ORCC.us in their original condition (new, unused, and unaltered) with tags attached within 30 days of the ship date found on the shipping label. Please make sure all our manuals, other documentation, or gifts may have that shipped with the product. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
